If you are ready to take your career to the next level or to simply make a change in your life, make the investment in yourself with coaching.

With 20+ years of leadership across P&G, Newell Rubbermaid, and UC Health — and member of ICF and the Institute of Coaching at Harvard McLean Medical School — Stevi brings both sides of the house to every engagement: the clinical realism of healthcare and the strategic fluency of the business world.

About Intentional Change Theory

One of the foundational frameworks that has shaped my work as an executive coach is Intentional Change Theory (ICT), developed by Dr. Richard Boyatzis at Case Western Reserve University.

I often tell leaders that sustainable change doesn't begin with fixing what's broken—it begins by reconnecting with who you want to become.

That philosophy sits at the center of how I coach leaders.

Whether we're navigating burnout, stepping into a new leadership role, or leading organizational transformation, we don't start with performance metrics or gaps. We start with the Ideal Self—clarifying the leader you aspire to be, the impact you want to have, and the life you want to create. From there, we identify strengths to build upon, opportunities for growth, experiment with new behaviors, and surround the process with trusted relationships that sustain lasting change.

I've seen firsthand that the leaders who create the most meaningful transformation aren't simply chasing the next goal. They're building lives and organizations that are aligned with their deepest values and purpose.
